Outdoor Transformation
From bare sand and trenches to a complete outdoor transformation. This full landscape package across both the front and back yard included a brand-new reticulation system, multiple garden beds, soil preparation, mulch, and planting to completely refresh the space.
The front yard makeover – including old soil removal, fresh new soil, new reticulation installation, Sir Walter Buffalo lawn installation, and planting to bring the entire area together.

Landscape Makeover
- Removed existing lawn, soil & reticulation – 30m3 in total
- Trees, garden kerbing and liquid limestone removed to allow for future driveway
- Installed Ez-Flo fertigation system off mains – 6.7L tank
- Plumber install – RPZ valve for fertigation compliance – this is a must if you are considering installing a fertigation system off the mains
- Installed high quality reticulation system ensuring full coverage using Hunter MP Rotators and 100mm spray bodies. Geofabric mesh used in all valve boxes also. 15 x 300mm poly risers in both gardens with vari-jets to allow for individual adjustments
- Concrete surrounds to all spray bodies/nozzles
- Premium organic, nutrient rich soil used for the turf underlay
- Sir Walter Buffalo turf Installed
- Soil compacted, products applied prior to the turf installation. Lawn then laid, compacted and further products applied to the turf
- Final calibration of the reticulation prior to customer handover
- The above key steps will ensure longevity of your lawn through the summer months. It pays to do the job properly from the soil, to the retic, product application and the turf.
Transformation in Karrinyup
- Major reticulation upgrade across all three lawn and garden areas (two front lawns/gardens and the back lawn/garden).
Mains reticulation was installed using Hunter MP Rotator spray nozzles, with the system properly planned from the start – including pressure and flow testing – to ensure optimal coverage and help these lawns recover. - Full lawn renovation package, including scarifying/grooming, core aeration, topdressing, and product application.
End result: a healthy lawn and a very happy customer 🙂

Landscaping Makeover in Guildford
Another stunning transformation completed by the team! This project involved a full garden and lawn overhaul to create a healthier, low-maintenance outdoor space that will thrive year-round.
- Removed existing soil, turf, and reticulation using a Kanga loader
- Upgraded mains reticulation system for perfect head-to-head coverage using Hunter HPC WiFi controller, Hunter MP Rotators & Hunter 100mm spray bodies
- Installed charcoal concrete garden and lawn edging for a clean, modern look
- Added organic, nutrient-rich soil for the turf underlay

- PVC piping installed at the right depth for future core aeration
- The soil was levelled and compacted for a perfect finish, and turf establishment products were applied post-installation.

New Sir Walter + Retic
We upgraded the existing reticulation system to provide full head-to-head coverage, ensuring the new lawn receives consistent and efficient watering.
Previously, the system only covered one side of the lawn with three heads. We replaced all underground piping with 20mm PVC and installed six Hunter spray bodies paired with MP800SR nozzles for optimal distribution.
Corten steel edging was added along the Colorbond fences to make lawn edging easier and cleaner for the customer.
To finish it off, we gave the lawn everything it needed for a healthy, thriving start. 💪🌱
Lawn Renovation
This lawn was already green and lush, but years of growth had led to a heavy thatch layer. We carried out a full vertimow to remove the excess thatch and promote healthier, more even regrowth. While the results may look harsh now, this process sets the foundation for a thick, stronger lawn in the weeks ahead.
Full lawn renovation
Upgraded the existing reticulation system to deliver full head-to-head coverage using 10x MP2000 rotator nozzles, all running efficiently off a single mains-powered station.
The lawn was then topdressed and levelled to ensure a smooth, even surface, and the system was carefully calibrated to provide consistent and reliable water coverage across the entire area.
